👤 Responsibilities of Client
You are responsible to:

- Ensure authorized access during scheduled restoration services
- Review service agreements and estimates before the project is started
💳 Payment Terms
Payment terms are mentioned in our invoice or service agreement. Unless settled otherwise:
- Late payment may cause fine amounts according to the law
- Payments must be made according to the decided schedule
- Client will be responsible for payment irrespective of insurance settlement unless agreed otherwise

We will write all applicable warranties in the agreement. No other warranties for a particular purpose will be accepted.
